This makeup look is inspired by the movie "Boys Don't Cry". This movie was just one of those things I missed cause I was too young to watch movies which had rape scenes. Thank god! I finally watched the movie. It was so unbelievably upsetting  ,mainly cause, we all know there are people still scared to be themselves because of the shitty little minded people around them.

Simple makeup

Liner:- Stila smudge pot
Lips:- Rimmel London (celeb)
Face:- Revlon Photoready foundation (330)
           NARS Laguna 

Double winged liner (anime style)

I don't photoshop anything
I don't believe in a distorted image of beauty.

How pink can you go!

My skin does not love pale pink.

  pink with a blue -undertone looks much better on me.

(left to right):- petal to the metal (real colors) its from sally's, Fab Fuchia(wet n wild) its like $2 awesome pigment, Dusty rose (beautique) sally's, Pink Parfait ( Estee Lauder), Celeb (Rimmel), Play up pink ( Revlon Creme3 Gloss), Frappucino (NYX).

Revlon Photoready foundation

Pros:- 

1.Full Coverage

2.Dewy finish ( Does not have harsh particles that made you look like a disco ball)

3.Affordable ($10 USD)

4.Comes with a pump (yesssss)

5. SPF 20
6. oil-free

Cons:-

Just one.....Does not come with a huge range of colors.( You can tell from my picture that I look a little red..but, not too bad)

and my color is 010 Caramel.

I'm not crazy about this! it's alright.... I think its great if you are just looking for a dewy finish.

I don't Photoshop anything!!

I have flaws and it is ok.

Lips:- Wet and wild berry lipliner
Eyes:- Just concealer. Victoria secret palette and MAC NC42
Face:- MAC illuminating foundation (pro product)

How good is stila smudge pot?

I almost forgot how much I love the stila smudge pot!!

It's creamy and dries matte.

It can stay for a really long time.

Proof??

This picture taken at different time during the evening.
Tip:- Buy a mini pot. Even if you use it everyday it last for more than 4 months.

Victoria's Secret pro makeup

Camouflage FX Concealer Palette.

This product is really great. Here are some HD pictures.

This is a really awesome product. It has five shades. From left the three colors can be mixed to make a perfect creamy concealer. The two shades in the far right are color correctors. The green counteracts the redness and apricot corrects the dark circles.

and its $14! (usd)

Pros:-1. Its creamy.

2.I did test it today. The product stayed on for 6hrs.

3.The best part is that it gives a full coverage without looking fake( that's a tough one that no concealer I've ever used lived up to it. )

4.I can mix to shades to give my perfect shade( play with it a little )

Cons:-1. Smells bad
2.You need to prime your skin
3.Not great for winter. It will look much better in the summer.

Concealers and Indian Skin tones + swatches at the end of the post.

This post is just for my Indian/Asian Subs:-(sorry)
I  know there is very little information on makeup for Indian women. Drinking lots of water and getting at least 8hrs of sleep to fight dark circles for some. But you have tried everything to get rid or reduce dark circles and it did not work...We have makeup!!!

Before you read this post . Check your wrist. Are your veins blue or green? If it is green ,then this blog will help you.

If your veins are not green don't worry!! google search " cool undertones" or "pink undertones" . You will find tons of information on it. Since majority makeup is made for your undertone!!

If you are medium/dark or medium/deep and of Indian (Asia) decent, then you have golden/yellow or neutral undertones. When you go to a makeup counter, always mention that you need a "SALMON" shade concealer every time!

Here's a list of products that worked for me
M.A.C :- Go for NC and NOT NW. NC just means that have cool undertones.
M.A.C foundations:- You can go for NC(40,42,44,45) if you are not happy then blend it with NW(30,35,40) for a perfect finish.
for M.A.C concealer:- NC 42  is for medium skin tone. Check out the pictures on my blog. If you lighter than me then go below like NC 40. If you are darker than me go for NC45.
M.A.C powder:- Medium/dark powder works!

BoingBenefit #2 :-  This concelaer like the picture shown below comes with two shades.Don't use the one that comes with a lilac shade. That will just end up looking ashy/blue. Use the salmon shade. Benefit to Go Boi-ing Eye Bright Duo

L'oreal true match :-Look for" Light Medium, Neutral N4-5" if want a little darker one use "Medium Deep ,Neutral N6-7-8". These two are a great drugstore find!

Amazing cosmetics:- The much raved brand. Unfortunately they don't carry concealers for Indian skin tones.




Smashbox:- High definition concealer in "Medium/Dark". Now this is a really good one. It has medium coverage.
